The team at Care Mountain home health has really been a big help to us. They currently look after my father in law and mother in law in a memory care wing and an assisted living wing in Allen. It is a huge relief to us to know that they are there providing 1-1 care for them, and we don’t have to be stressed about worrying whether their needs are met with the shared staffing approach that the facility has.

Care Mountain provides live in care services for my Mom who lives alone in the Fairview area She has rheumatoid arthritis. We have 2 caregivers from their team helping us with my Mom’s care needs. Mom’s mobility and quality of life was very compromised with our previous service provider. The Care Mountain team supports each other throughout the week and takes wonderful care of my Mom 24/7 - they have helped Mom have a dignified and engaged quality of life in spite of her RA. Andrea and the office team are wonderful and always responsive. We are so thankful for your services and recommend you.

After speaking to a few nursing friends in the area, I had hired Care Mountain to provide in home care for my Mom. Mom’s care is not easy with her brittle insulin dependent diabetes, her progressive vascular dementia, anxiety and depression especially after the loss of my Dad during the pandemic. I have had a really good experience with Care Mountain. Gagan and his office team took the time to fully understand the situation with my Mom and matched us with an excellent caregiver. She has been such a blessing and a steady eddy in Mom's care. She is compassionate, understanding, and experienced. She has done an amazing job in in helping manage her diabetes, food, and the daily trials and tribulations of a person balancing dementia, anxiety and depression on top of the physical challenges of diabetes. I am truly grateful.

Last year in October I had my lower back surgery. Care Mountain’s caregivers helped me with my daily activities. They did my grocery shopping, ran errands for me, helped me with exercises, did my laundry and kept my home clean. In the 7 weeks they worked for me, I had 2 caregivers and both were wonderful. Recently, Care Mountain reached out to me for a review and I am happy to give it. They spent the time understanding my needs and personalized the caregivers well to my day to day needs. The caregivers were polite, learned the routine quickly and were on time everyday. Overall, it was a good experience and I will definitely recommend them.

We reached out to Care Mountain after my Dad came back home from rehab following a stroke. My mother has rheumatoid arthritis and she can’t help much with his care. Having their nurses, caregivers and therapists has been great since we had no idea how difficult Dad's post stroke recovery was going to be. They provided us with a team that works together across his daily care, weekly physical therapy, speech therapy and doc appointments. Their office staff was compassionate and sensitive to our concerns about costs. They were very patient with us and sent two of the nicest caregivers to rotate through my parents’ house. We are grateful for their consistent and reliable support through this journey. Care Mountain sends us a team of caregivers to cover overnight and weekend care. We have a private caregiver during the day. It is good to see that the team works well together and supports each other even though they are not from the same company. I like the integrity and professionalism of the Care Mountain caregivers. The staff is very well managed by the office which is not very common in home care companies at least in my experience. Very satisfied and happy with Care Mountain.

My grandmother is 89 and lives in McKinney and has been receiving care from Care Mountain. They came highly recommended from a friend in Plano who has used Care Mountain’s servces earlier. They really took the time to get to know grandmom’s care needs and got us steady and reliable caregivers that have been good personality fit. We have 2 ladies providing round the clock care in 12 hour back to back shifts. Both ladies are very kind, detail oriented and genuinely care for her needs. She loves both of them and looks forward to seeing them every day. We appreciate the warm, gentle and professional way in which Deepti and her team at Care Mountain have taken care of us.

My parents live in Pebble Brook in Plano and we have Care Mountain providing 24 hour care private caregivers for them. Their people have been absolutely wonderful. All three ladies team well and they are so calm, compassionate and experienced at handling complex health issues. My Mom has stage 2 Dementia and a pacemaker that was implanted after a triple bypass surgery a few years back. Dad has COPD, Diabetes, bone density issues and cognitive impairment. With my brother and I both living out of state, we really needed a reliable home health company. Even the few times caregivers had to call off last minute, the office figured things out and sent another person with no gaps on coverage. We are so grateful for the dedication with which they operate reliable services and highly recommend them as a home health company.

Care Mountain has been great to work with. I reached out to them a couple of years ago when my 82 year old mother broke her arm and we needed in home care. They were quick to respond with great care options and supportive advice on how to proceed. Last year when my 89 year old dad fell and broke his hip, Care Mountain found us two more excellent caregivers to work night shifts to help with dad. We currently have three in home caregivers from Care Mountain and are pleased with the responsiveness and backup capability we get through CM if someone is not available on a particular day. We appreciate their ongoing support, guidance and compassionate care for our parents.

Care Mountain came highly recommended to us and they exceeded our expectations. I can not thank Andrea enough for her professional expertise in assessing my mom, 96 years old with failing memory and frequent falls due to her failing strength, and making the appropriate staff selection. Mom has been resisting assisted living but can no longer live independently. Andrea with her wonderful assigned staff, Florence on days and Brigetta on nights, helped us in a very difficult situation as we transitioned mom into assisted living. Both mom and I (daughter/caregiver) could not have managed this stage of life without Andrea’s guidance. Care Mountain will always have a special place in my heart.

We have had Care Mountain taking care of my dad for the last few months and are very happy with them. My dad had a stroke about 2 years ago and is partially paralyzed, but his cognition and faculties are intact. The caregiver that Care Mountain assigned to us is a wonderful lady. She is punctual, and takes care of toileting, showering, meals, and walks. We are happy with their professional approach and compassionate caregivers and would recommend them for quality in home care services.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Other places scoffed, laughed and even spoke down to me when I asked about the possibility of having the same caregiver on multiple days. Before I asked that question of Care Mountain, I was told 1 single caregiver would be assigned to Mom for 5-7 days a week "depenpending on our needs". (Mom suffered with Alzheimer's). Care Mountain's Team was consistently kind and patient with me through all stages of care with Momma. And, they were always there for us, every time I called.

Care Mountain has done a very nice job managing my fathers daily care. He has 24/7 care and its important to find an agency that meets high quality standards. In my situation, one employee, Rosalinda, does a wonderful job with my dads daily care. Thanks so much!

I cannot tell you how much our family has appreciated Victoria Bennett. She had worked for us for a little over a year, and was very special to my Dad (her client). She was knowledgable, and very easy to work with, and she took excellent care of my Dad, always going above and beyond. My Dad treasured her care and friendship, and she was with him until the very end. At the end of his life it was necessary to have two caregivers there, and Jade Davis came on board, and was wonderful as well. Jade showed much care and compassion for my Dad, and she and Victoria worked in tune and in step together. I cannot put into words just how much those two have affected our lives. I cannot give enough stars to reflect the gratefulness I have for Deepti and Gagan at Care Mountain. We recently had to increase care time for mom as she continues to decline in her health. We had a caregiver from Care Mountain, Gabby, for 1 1/2 years that we dearly love. She came to us when my father passed and mom came to live with us. Our situation recently changed and our schedules didn't match up anymore so Gabby is, sadly, no longer working with us. It is clear that Gabby truly loves her job. She is amazing! She is a gifted angel of mercy. She is one of the most intuitive people in this industry, always approaching mom with gentleness, kindness, and warmth. She instinctively knows when mom is up for conversation, or just wants to have a quiet day. She was attentive, without hovering. She was exactly what mom needed in order to adjust to someone coming to care for her as her declining health requires her dependence on others. It's hard to watch your loved one go through this phase of their life, but Gabby made it all ok! I highly recommend Gabby for anyone who needs an angel! I never thought Gagan and Deepti would be able to provide us with someone we could trust and feel as comfortable with as Gabby. Deepti was able to find us another angel that cares for mom! We are so pleased!! Deepti and Gagan work very hard to find the right fit for their clients. They listen and understand our unique needs. They are kind, helpful and work tirelessly and patiently while working closely with the client to provide for their needs. Thank you, Mr and Mrs Bhalla, for all you do for the most vulnerable and fragile among us!

My Mom is a client of Care Mountain. She lives alone in the Highland Park area. She has vascular Dementia which has progressed over the years. Care Mountain is providing 24 hour in home care for Mom at her home and couldn’t be happier. I feel blessed to be able to keep Mom in her home thanks to caregivers like Jessica. She has this company for a while now. Over time Mom’s care needs for support have increased, and Care Mountain has helped us work through the best approach so mom could stay home. I know it takes so much more patience to work with mom and all the ladies from Care Mountain continue to be kind and lovely. I am so grateful for Care Mountain’s high standards and would recommend them for reliable, top quality in home care.

I'm really thankful that we decided to go with Care Mountain. When my grandmother started needing a caregiver, it was a scary process. We didn't know how to evaluate what she needed or how to go about finding the right person. We were referred to Care Mountain by a friend of my grandmother's. Gagan came out personally to chat with her and evaluate her needs. We met with several caregivers before finding the right fit, and eventually landed on Andrea. Andrea was great and was there with my grandmother the day she passed. She stayed with me in the hospital and has checked in to see how my family and I are doing through the grieving process. Care Mountain has been an incredible resource as I have been navigating the care needed for my mother. They were responsive, thorough, kind, informative and comprehensive in the services that they were able to provide. We needed to move very quickly to find in-home care for my mother as I live out of state and she was being released from skilled nursing. Gagan at Care Mountain not only quickly identified care givers for 24/7 live in care, but also was very helpful in organizing PT/OT. It was seamless. Additionally, the team has been very good at communication. Despite being far away, there is definitely a level of relief knowing how her care has gone on a daily basis.

Care Mountain helps us with caregivers for my parents who live in the Preston Hollow village area. We really appreciate you and the wonderful care your caregivers provide to my parents! Our morning and evening caregivers are both wonderful people. It did take us a few rounds to get the right caregivers in the beginning but the current caregivers have been with us for a couple of years now. Good thing is that your team is very open to feedback and you guys worked with us till we got the caregivers we liked. They both are patient, diligent and so compassionate in how they take care of Mom and Dad’s every need. We haven’t called the office much after the initial onboarding but your office team is quick to respond if we need support to increase or reduce hours. We would highly recommend you to families looking to provide a stable and reliable care service.

Care Mountain has been helping provide in-home care for my Dad for the last few years. They have been thoroughly professional and amazing to work with. They matched Dad’s care to 2 caregivers, both worked very well with our needs. After having worked with other caregivers in DFW and being continually disappointed I came across Care Mountain. Care Mountain came to my house for a very informative and eye opening interview. After the interview I knew they would be my choice for a caregiver. The owner of the company supplied me with interviewees but I knew Linda was the right fit as soon as we started speaking. Linda has been such an amazing fit for us and my mom just loves her. Linda keeps my mom as active and as well cared for as anyone could. I cannot say enough about the care that both Care Mountain and Linda have provided and I truly believe this partnership has given my mother a much higher quality of life and undoubtedly extended the time I have with her.

MARY has been my father's primary caregiver for more than one year, working 24 hours Monday - Friday. She is very thorough and attentive with his care. Mary has an established routine, which includes taking my father to the Senior Center one or two times per week, sometimes more often depending on the Center's scheduled activities. In addition to caring for him, she keeps everything neat and clean, which is how my mother kept their home, too. Although I visit my father every day and have our routine that is incorporated with Mary's, it is an enormous relief to know that my father is in trusted hands at all times. My siblings, who do not live in Dallas, would agree. TAMARA is my father's weekend caregiver and I can say the same things about her that I did about Mary. She and Mary have a compatible rapport and work well as a team, which I learned when there are multiple caregivers are especially important. They timely communicate with each other, and me, any behavioral changes and/or changes in my father's routine or care. This allows my father to get consistent, uninterrupted care when they change shifts. Gagan and Deepti stay informed on my father's care, indicating there is regular communication between them and their caregivers as well.

Our caregiver Teresa Hernandez has been a blessing for my Dad. She shows deep compassion when it comes to taking care of my Dad. She has become part of our family. My Dad has dementia and it can be hard to find someone who will fit for a person with dementia and it was a hit right from the beginning and he has really taken a shine to her. She has very kind and loving heart to us all. We are blessed and lucky to have her.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Care Mountain. My 93 year old dad has dementia and my 90 year old mother was his full time caretaker, not agreeing to have any assistance whatsoever. That needed to change when Mom fell and broke her leg, but she remained very resistant. We were fortunate to find Care Mountain where Rick and Deanna spent time getting to know our family and talking with our mom before setting up caregiver interviews. That time spent allowed them to match the caregivers’ personalities to that of my parents. Each of those caregivers, Dee, Jan, Dora, Nell, and Anu, had experience with dementia patients and have not only ensured my dad’s safety, administered his meds, kept him clean and comfortable, and helped him to remain positive, but have changed my mother’s mind about having help. It was music to my ears to hear her say how much less stressed she is knowing that Dad was being well cared for and that now she cannot imagine being without her “support group.” I believe that this is a testament not only to the skill that the Care Mountain caregivers have working with dementia patients, but to their skill in working with the patient’s spouse. I am so grateful that we found Care Mountain!

When my father-in-law was discharged from the hospital after a 3 month stay to his home with my elderly mother-in-law as his primary caregiver, we knew they would need help making this adjustment. They disagreed and it was a bit of battle getting them to agree to having some assistance in their home. Once we started with Care Mountain, however, their resistance quickly faded away. The owner of the company, Gagan, came and met personally with me and my in-laws and patiently addressed all of their questions and concerns. They sent us the most wonderful caregiver, Tetteh, who I am convinced is an angel on this earth. Tetteh went to great lengths to accommodate their schedule and was willing to come early, stay late, or even work on her off days when my father-in-law's condition worsened and mom needed more help. When my father-in-law died, Tetteh and Gagan both reached out multiple times to check on our family and share our grief. I don't know what we would have done without them and am so very grateful we had them as a part of our team as we went through this journey.
